To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
  • Returns for custom or personalized items are not accepted unless there is a defect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at ira@shopkosmima.com within 14 days of receiving your order, attaching a photo of the item and explaining the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom orders, personalized items, and any items marked “final sale” are not eligible for a refund.
