How long does shipping take?

If the product is available in stock, for orders within Europe we usually ship one working day after the order is processed and between two to three days for Extra Europe orders.

What materials are used in your jewelry?
  • 925 silver with 22-carats, 3-micron gold plating
  • Silver and copper alloy with 22-carats, 3-micron gold plating
  • Studs (posts) are always made from gold-plated silver
  • All items are nickel-free
  • We use natural and semi-precious stones; minor inclusions or imperfections are natural characteristics, adding to the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.
  • Freshwater pearls or Mallorca pearls are used in our designs.
What if the item I want is sold out?

Feel free to email us at ira@shopkosmima.com, and we will check availability or recommend similar pieces.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To maintain the longevity of the gold plating, avoid exposure to any liquids. For cleaning, gently polish the jewelry with a soft cotton cloth.

What are the vintage pieces made of?

As these are vintage items, we cannot guarantee the exact composition of the metals.

Do you offer repair services?

If the item was purchased from us, we may be able to assist with repairs. Please contact us at ira@shopkosmima.com with your request, and we will evaluate how we can help.

Do you accept custom orders?

Not yet 🙂

Do your items come with certificates for the materials?

No, as our pieces are categorized as costume jewelry, certificates for metals and stones are not provided.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Unfortunately, we do not offer installment payments at this time.

 

Do you only sell online, or do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a store located at Via dei Velluti 15r, 50125 Florence, Italy.
