The Kosmima Private Experience is designed to offer you a dedicated and private moment with our collection — wherever you are in the world.
During your live appointment, we present the full selection currently available in our shop, in real time. Beyond what is visible online, you will have access to exclusive pieces reserved for private viewing.
You will be able to explore craftsmanship, proportions, and fine details closely, request specific measurements or comparisons, and see selected pieces worn to better understand scale and styling.
This experience allows you to choose thoughtfully — with clarity, confidence, and personal guidance.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a private video meeting link via email.
At the scheduled time, simply join from your preferred device.
If you wish to complete a purchase after the consultation, your personal coupon code will be provided to use at checkout on our website.
- Can I see the entire collection?
Yes. You will have visibility of the complete selection currently available, including pieces not displayed on our website or social media. - Can pieces be tried on during the call?
Selected pieces can be worn during the session to demonstrate proportions and styling. We can also provide close-up views and precise measurements upon request. - Is there a consultation fee?
Yes. The appointment includes a service fee.
Should you decide to proceed with a purchase, you will receive a coupon equal to the consultation fee. The full amount will be deducted from your order.
KOSMIMA Private Experience – Booking Policy
Consultation Formats & Prices
The KOSMIMA Private Experience is available in two formats:
• 30-minute consultation — €35
• 45-minute consultation — €45
The consultation fee is fully deductible from any jewelry purchase made following the consultation.
Payment
All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If cancelled within this timeframe, the client will receive a voucher equal to the consultation fee, which can be:
• used toward the purchase of jewelry, or
• used to book a new KOSMIMA Private Experience consultation.
The voucher has no cash value and is non-refundable.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend the consultation, are considered a no-show.
In these cases, the consultation fee is non-refundable and no voucher will be issued.

The KOSMIMA Private Experience is a one-to-one, dedicated service reserved exclusively for each client.
